By purchasing an audit report from VisiGap Inc. ("VisiGap," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a purchase. These terms form the entire agreement between you and VisiGap for the services described here.
VisiGap provides a one-time AI visibility audit report ("the Report") for local service businesses. The Report analyses your business's publicly visible presence across search indexes, directory listings, and AI search tools, benchmarks it against competitor businesses in your market, and delivers a prioritised list of findings and fixes as a PDF to the email address you provide at checkout.
The Report is a diagnostic tool. It identifies gaps and recommends actions. It does not implement any changes on your behalf, and purchasing the Report does not create an ongoing service relationship of any kind.
Payment is a single, one-time charge of $499 USD (or the currency displayed at checkout) per audit. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no retainer. You will not be charged again unless you separately order another audit.
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. VisiGap does not store your payment credentials.
We aim to deliver the completed Report to your inbox within 48 hours of receiving your order. In exceptional circumstances — unusual markets, ambiguous business categories, or high order volumes — delivery may take up to 72 hours. If we are unable to complete the audit for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
We offer a full refund in the following circumstances:
Refunds are not available because you disagree with the findings, because your visibility score is higher than expected, or because you have already implemented the recommended fixes before receiving the Report.
To request a refund, contact us via the contact form on our website within 14 days of delivery.
The audit draws exclusively on publicly available information — your business's presence in public search indexes, directory listings, and AI search tools. We do not access your Google account, website backend, booking systems, or any internal business data. You are not required to grant us any form of account access to receive the Report.
The Report reflects the state of your public digital presence at the time the audit is run. AI search tools and directory indexes change frequently. VisiGap does not warrant that the findings will remain accurate after the date of delivery, and we are not responsible for changes that occur after the Report is issued.
The revenue impact estimates and competitive comparisons in the Report are based on publicly visible data and our analytical methodology. They are indicative, not guaranteed. VisiGap makes no warranty that implementing the recommended fixes will produce any specific business outcome.
The Report is prepared for informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
The Report delivered to you is for your personal and internal business use. You may share it with your employees, developers, or agency for the purpose of implementing the recommended fixes. You may not resell, republish, or reproduce the Report, or any methodology, scoring system, or benchmarking data contained within it, without our written consent.
All content on visigap.com — including text, design, and structure — is owned by VisiGap Inc. and protected under applicable intellectual property law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisiGap's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or from your purchase of the Report is limited to the amount you paid for the Report — $499 USD.
VisiGap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost clients, or business interruption, arising from your use of or reliance on the Report.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order. We will not apply updated terms retroactively to completed transactions.
